Abstract

El entorno en que se desenvuelven hoy las empresas productoras se caracteriza por una mayor necesidad de mejora continua y la flexibilidad necesaria para adaptarse a los cambios. Esta competencia se generaliza mundialmente, ello hace necesario que las empresas con esta característica, se preparen para luchar en mercados competitivos, dotándose de los recursos financieros necesarios.
