La Reinserción Laboral Como Estrategia Ante El Cierre De Minas

Abstract

El cierre de minas en muchos territorios tradicionalmente mineros se convierte hoy en una práctica mucho más cotidiana de lo que era antes de la llegada de la actual crisis. El entorno empresarial mundial impone la necesidad de que las unidades organizativas modifiquen la gestión de sus procesos y actividades debido a los cambios de paradigmas en que hoy se encuentra el mundo. Esto ha provocado que sea el desempleo la respuesta más inmediata de algunas entidades a tal situación. Para enfrentar dicho escenario se analiza la reinserción laboral tras el cierre de minas, la cual constituiría una de las estrategias a implementar en los territorios mineros. Está compuesta de tres etapas dentro de las cuales aparecen varios pasos a seguir.
