Abstract

Las particularidades del desarrollo socioeconómico y de las tendencias que se ponen de manifiesto hoy en día, constituyen el resultado del surgimiento y evolución de un conjunto de enfoques de dirección. En este sentido, particular importancia tiene para las organizaciones la concepción de del enfoque estratégico, ya que el mismo dota a la empresa de mayor flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación y, por tanto, de una mayor capacidad de anticipación y actuación en un entorno dinámico. En correspondencia con ello en el presente trabajo aborda el concepto de estrategia, sus principales elementos y tendencias modernas.
