Abstract

El presente trabajo contiene un diseño práctico y concreto para la creación del Cuadro de Mando Integral más idóneo para su Empresa, los 10 pasos metodológicos que les propongo, permiten a cualquier empresario, en el menor plazo imaginado, encontrar la respuesta a la interrogante que da título a esta obra y así entrar en contacto con una poderosa herramienta que desde su mismo comienzo, le permitirá conocerse a sí mismo como empresa, dándole además la coordenada exacta de la posición que hoy ocupa y el rumbo que debe tomar para alcanzar su estado deseado. Cada paso funciona como el maestro que nos guía y nos orienta los aspectos que deben ser tratados, así como la forma de enfocarlos y conducirlos, acompañando al interesado hasta su posicionamiento en la mente del cliente.
