Abstract

La dirección estratégica se ha convertido en un marco de gestión que aun no ha sido utilizado en su total dimensión por parte de los directivos y de manera paralera desarrollan procesos para la gestión de valores, de la calidad, etc. La siguiente ponencia es un intento por incluir a partir de la utilización de la política y las normas organizacionales para potenciar la gestión de la calidad de los servicios, desde la lógica del desempeño de los trabajadores.
