Abstract

En esta segunda entrega de Energetismo Económico se amplía el esquema del flujo de energías y capital mostrado en la primera con la incorporación del sector público. Se analiza, mediante un ejemplo básico, la posibilidad de inyectar dinero en ese el “Sistema Vivo Social” no a través de los bancos, sino mediante la generación de puestos de trabajo en el sector público, concluyéndose que es viable pudiendo hablarse, en este caso, no de un Crédito a la Innovación, sino de un Crédito al Consumo.
