La Estadística Matemática Como Herramienta Para El Análisis De La Satisfacción Laboral

Abstract

El entorno cambiante en las empresas, ligado a la globalización como un fenómeno que nos permite realizar operaciones comerciales desde cualquier parte del planeta, nos hacen tomar decisiones a diario. Un elemento de vital importante en el proceso de toma de decisiones es la información: optima, oportuna, veraz. La estadística, por su parte, se encarga de que la información que necesitan los directivos, para poder llevar a cabo las acciones dentro de un negocio, sea lo más confiable posible. Disminuyendo, con la aplicación de herramientas estadísticas, la probabilidad de error. Errores que se generan en mayor medida en la toma de decisiones de forma empírica y que puede conllevar a la quiebra de cualquier empresa. Se muestra una vía para evaluar de forma cuantitativa y confiable, un elemento, tan cualitativo como lo es, la satisfacción laboral.
