Abstract

Se presenta una experiencia mediante un procedimiento que combina la aplicación de la modelación matemática, a través de la programación lineal en entero para el transporte automotor con lo cual se logra la optimización de los recursos implicados en el proceso, así como el uso de la técnica del árbol de decisión para la selección de piezas o equipos de transporte en base a las necesidades y disponibilidades de la entidad lo cual garantiza la eficiencia y eficiencia de todo el proceso y sus resultados logrando también una mayor organización e influencia positiva sobre el medioambiente.
