Procedimiento Para La Implantación De Un Cuadro De Mando Integral Para Los Recursos Humanos En Las Empresas Modernas

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo, proponer un procedimiento para la implantación de un cuadro de mando integral para los recursos humanos. Se analiza cómo esta herramienta nació como un simple tablero de comandos cuyo objetivo solamente se basaba en el diagnóstico de funciones sencillas y sin embargo ha evolucionado hasta convertirse hoy día en una sólida herramienta de dirección estratégica con el fin de conceder a líderes y ejecutivos la información necesaria que les permita tomar decisiones acertadas. Una de las aplicaciones que puede tener esta herramienta, es dar a conocer cómo se está comportando la empresa y sus empleados, haciendo un gran énfasis en la misión, visión, la estrategia, y los problemas que pudieran presentarse durante la gestión de los recursos humanos, definiendo factores claves de éxito, y aplicándolo en áreas donde la empresa realmente lo necesite.
