O Papel Do Lider No Desenvolvimento Do Planejamento Estratégico E O Reflexo Nas Organizações

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta o papel do líder no desenvolvimento no planejamento estratégico e o reflexo nas organizações. Os líderes podem ser responsáveis pelo sucesso ou fracasso de uma organização. Isto ocorre quando à falta de organização, planejamento e o não comprometimento da sua equipe, desta forma, ser líder não é uma tarefa simples. O presente estudo foi desenvolvido com base em uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Conclui-se, assim que mudanças para o aumento da eficácia exigem que os líderes abandonem os padrões empíricos e geralmente viciados pela excessiva valorização da figura de autoridade, baseando-se em novos conceitos e práticas relacionadas às ciências humanas adequadas a liderança eficaz. Desta forma, o líder em seu papel no planejamento estratégico torna-se essencial conduzindo comportamentos, atitudes e ações em equilíbrio para a empresa e sociedade.
