La Planificación Empresarial: Un Acercamiento Conceptual

Abstract

La planificación constituye el primer paso y es fundamental para asegurar una gestión económica eficiente, pues a través de ésta se define con racionalidad el uso y destino de los recursos en función de los principales objetivos de las organizaciones. La intención de este artículo es conceptualizar el término de planificación (o planeación, como también le denominan algunos autores) a partir de los enfoques que ofrecen del mismo. El estudio se fundamenta por la enriquecida existencia de definiciones encontradas en textos, artículos y opiniones revisadas. La planificación es una de las más importantes funciones de la Gestión Empresarial y se considera la principal tarea de la Administración, de ahí la importancia de una correcta conceptualización para su futura aplicación en las organizaciones empresariales.
