Puntos Comunes De La Comunicación Organizacional & Control Interno

Abstract

La comunicación es el sistema nervioso de una organización, sin comunicación no es posible su funcionamiento. La comunicación hace posible que la gente se organice, defina sus objetivos, ejecute sus tareas, comparta sus ideas, tome decisiones, resuelva problemas, y genere cambios. Al mismo tiempo la comunicación hace posible que se cree un ambiente donde los individuos se sienten valorados como personas. El estudio de la comunicación organizacional y dentro de esta, su relación con el control interno a través del componente de información y comunicación es cada vez más importante para el desarrollo del sistema empresarial cubano y el resto de las organizaciones e instituciones del país. La solución a muchos problemas organizacionales, está en el diagnostico y en la elaboración de un plan de acciones del componente de información y comunicación.
