Abstract

Para el estudio de la globalización neoliberal, es necesario tomar como punto de partida el término globalización. Este término, es definido por la Enciclopedia Encarta como: un concepto que pretende describir la realidad inmediata como una sociedad planetaria, más allá de fronteras, barreras arancelarias, diferencias étnicas, credos religiosos, ideologías políticas y condiciones socioeconómicas y culturales. Surge como consecuencia de la internacionalización cada vez más acentuada de los procesos económicos, los conflictos sociales y los fenómenos políticos-sociales .
