De La Identidad Organizacional A La Comunicación Corporativa

Abstract

La Identidad Organizacional se está convirtiendo en una prometedora línea de investigación dentro de la ciencia de la Comunicación. Sus estudios cuentan con una escasa veintena de años, llegando a convertirse actualmente en uno de los más populares tópicos en la literatura organizativa. La Comunicación Corporativa constituye un elemento priorizado para los directivos de las organizaciones actuales. Se conoce que ganar la simpatía de los clientes y mantener la motivación de los empleados constituye la clave perfecta para impulsar y mantener el desarrollo de la organización. Este artículo intenta demostrar la relación que existe entre el reconocimiento y consolidación de la identidad organizacional, y la efectividad en la comunicación corporativa.
