El Comercio Minorista Moderno: La Información Como Ventaja Competitiva

Abstract

Hoy en día con la globalización de los mercados es imprescindible el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) entre los empresarios de todas las actividades productivas. El comercio minorista es uno de los sectores económicos donde el uso y aplicación de las TIC, ha revolucionado completamente a la organización empresarial, llevándola a un grado mayor de competitividad. El objetivo de este trabajo es conocer cuáles son las TIC que usan y que aplicaciones le dan los comerciantes minoristas medianos y grandes de Hermosillo, Sonora. El estudio se basa en 20 preguntas efectuadas a dichos comercios. Obteniendo como resultados que el gran empresario comercial foráneo es el que más posee y obtiene los beneficios que proporcionan las innovaciones tecnológicas en el ámbito de la informática, lo que implica ser competitivo en el mercado.
