La Calidad En Los Servicios De Transporte

Abstract

En este trabajo se reseña brevemente la evolución de la gestión de la calidad, su historia, definiciones y requisitos. Se valora su importancia en el ámbito de las organizaciones de servicios, se mencionan los diez factores claves considerados, hoy, en estas organizaciones. Es abordado el tema de la calidad en un sector de la economía tan importante como el del Transporte, haciendo referencia a un grupo de indicadores que pueden ser utilizados y propuestos para medirla y se enuncia la definición del término calidad propuesto por el autor.
