Abstract

Es el análisis de las relaciones que se presentan entre las empresas y los representantes sindicales en la búsqueda de beneficios para sus agremiados. El área responsable de administrar las relaciones laborales regularmente es la gerencia o dirección de recursos humanos, su responsabilidad directa es el propiciar las relaciones harmoniosas y de cooperación de ambas partes como una estrategia para obtener el máximo de beneficios para las dos partes involucradas. También se señalan las etapas de como se han ido modificando los estilos de relaciones y negociaciones entre las empresas y los sindicatos a través del tiempo en la búsqueda de sus propias metas y las de la organización para la cual laboran.
