El Agente De Cambio Organizacional: Su Rol Y Propósitos

Abstract

Es un documento donde se analiza lo que es un agente de cambio organizacional, el perfil necesario para ser un agente de cambio, las habilidades con las que debe contar para desarrollar la función con cierta probabilidad de éxito, el rol que debe adoptar para lograr el cambio y las funciones que realizan. De igual forma se analizan las los dos tipos de agentes los internos y los externos a la organización con sus ventajas y desventajas, así como una combinación de ambos para saber cuál de las tres opciones resultaría más efectiva para lograr los objetivos del cambio organizacional.
