Abstract

Se presenta un sistema de indicadores creados sobre la base de un Cuadro de Mando Integral como una potente herramienta de control de gestión del proceso de selección e integración al empleo del capital humano, en una agencia empleadora. Se argumenta esta propuesta a través de la revisión bibliográfica de autores de temas relacionados, consultas a especialistas y la utilización de métodos y herramientas conformes a las ciencias empresariales actuales.
