Procedimiento Para La Gestión De Selección E Integración Al Empleo Del Capital Humano Desde La Perspectiva De Una Agencia Empleadora

    Se aborda un procedimiento para la gestión de selección e integración al empleo del capital humano que se caracteriza por su adecuación a las particularidades de una agencia empleadora e integra de manera coherente la información que brindan las competencias laborales en cada una de sus fases y etapas. Este procedimiento se distingue por incorporar herramientas que viabilizan su uso, entre las que se encuentra un sistema de indicadores creados sobre la base de un Cuadro de Mando Integral que permite el control de su gestión. Los principales resultados que se esperan obtener a partir de la aplicación del procedimiento están relacionados con el logro de la adecuación hombre-cargo; a través de la contratación de trabajadores con los niveles de competencias requeridos.
