Abstract

Sin duda alguna la confianza juega un papel de suma importancia en los logros y el éxito personal, organizacional y empresarial. No obstante conocerse un cúmulo de literatura relacionada con ella, el propósito del presente trabajo está direccionado al de aportar a la discusión académica alrededor de esta temática. Se parte estableciendo una serie de cuestionamientos, tales como, su posible naturaleza epistemológica, de su operacionalización y su accionar en las organizaciones y en las empresas, del cómo se construye, de su importancia en los campos ya mencionados, y del cómo medirla.
