Qualidade da gestao hospitalar. Parâmetros de qualidade

Abstract

A contemporaneidade vem construindo inúmeras transformações nas práticas institucionais, apresentando-lhes múltiplos desafios. Dentre eles, se encontra o referente à gestão de qualidade em instituições hospitalares. Neste estudo, procurou-se aproximar duas concepções fundamentais do processo de transformações – a gestão e a qualidade. Explorou-se a produção existente, principalmente, na área da saúde a respeito desse binômio conceitual. Por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, construiu-se quadro teórico elucidativo desses desafios que centralizam a visão e a missão da organização hospitalar, subsidiando-o no pensamento de diferentes autores. Como proposta anunciada no título, o trabalho apresenta os parâmetros de qualidade da gestão hospitalar.
