Just In Time (Jit), ¿Moda O Necesidad?

    En el presente artículo se trata la importancia de la mejora de las actividades o procedimientos que comprenden la operación de una planta por parte de los administradores de la misma, y cómo también la planeación y el diseño de herramientas y metodologías ayudan a los mismos a tomar mejores decisiones sobre qué cambios hacer a los procedimientos internos acordes a la realidad de los mismos. Además, enmarcada dentro del tema de la mejora, se trata también la importancia de la compresión de los administradores sobre el uso del JIT como una herramienta referencial, un mecanismo de planificación, no como una metodología estandarizada para cumplir con las demandas de los clientes internos y externos; y porqué su implantación perfecta no es posible.
