Abstract

La Administración de Empresas es una disciplina que estudia la forma en que las empresas u organizaciones obtienen y utilizan los recursos que tienen a disposición para el logro de determinados fines y objetivos. Desde finales del siglo XIX se estableció la definición de administración en términos de cuatro funciones básicas que realizan los directivos con independencia de su posición en las organizaciones: planificación, organización, dirección y control.
