Calidad+Ia, Software Basado En Inteligencia Artificial Para La Gestión De La Calidad En La Producción De Habanos

Abstract

En todo proceso productivo tiene gran importancia evitar que los defectos que se pueden eliminar a tiempo carguen el siguiente eslabón del proceso. En una fábrica de tabaco, para cada lote de producción, se verifica el cumplimiento de los parámetros requeridos. Esta actividad la realizan los técnicos de calidad y como resultado se discrimina el tabaco que no cumpla con los estándares para su exportación. Al final del día un experto - persona con muchos años de experiencia en este ramo - diagnostica la causa que incidió con más fuerza en los defectuosos para su eliminación e incidencia favorable en la calidad de la producción del día siguiente. Cuando se cuenta con cientos de tabaqueros con producciones de 200 unidades como promedio, este diagnóstico se retarda y la corrección muchas veces se puede realizar cuando ya se ha hecho la mitad de la tarea del siguiente día.
