Abstract

El proceso objetivo de desarrollo del capitalismo en las últimas décadas ha estado acompañado del término “Globalización” que marca con su impronta todas las esferas de la vida y extiende sus tentáculos a todos los confines del planeta, aunque sus ventajas no alcanzan a todos los países por igual, lo cual forma parte también de las agudas contradicciones del mundo en que vivimos. Este proceso tiene sus raíces en las leyes y tendencias del funcionamiento de la economía mundial y avanzó más rápida y profundamente tras el derrumbe del bloque socialista esteuropeo y el establecimiento de un mundo unipolar desde el punto de vista político-militar.
