Abstract

Todos los procesos de la vida se caracterizan por los continuos cambios que en ellos ocurren. En la medida en que los cambios han tenido lugar en las esferas socio-económica, políticas y culturales, también han ocurrido en la estrategia de la atención a la problemática ambiental. Son muchos los esfuerzos que se han materializado en la comprensión de la relación compleja e interdependiente entre la actividad humana y el medioambiente, pero la realización de mayores progresos futuros en el establecimiento de programas ambientales depende de que ocurran nuevos cambios culturales genuinos en la sociedad. Es necesario avanzar en la dirección de alcanzar una mayor integración entre las formas de vida y el desarrollo material con los intereses ambientales.
