Perfeccionamiento Del Sistema De Control Interno

Abstract

Para el desarrollo del trabajo se aplican diferentes herramientas investigativas como son: entrevistas a especialistas, criterios a expertos, etapas de observación, revisión de documentos, matriz DAFO, técnicas de análisis y diagnóstico, revisión bibliográfica, análisis de datos históricos, síntesis de información estadística, encuestas, inspecciones y supervisiones realizadas en todas las áreas, muestras de los resultados de las inspecciones, actividades de control, realizadas diferentes entidades, también se realizo un análisis del Sistema de Control Interno que se encuentra implantado en cada una de ellas, como resultado del trabajo se obtiene un diagnóstico donde se evidencian deficiencias en el Sistema de control interno que afectan el desenvolvimiento de la actividad. Y de ahí se derivan propuestas como alternativas de solución a los problemas.
