Procedimiento Para Evaluar La Eficacia Organizacional

Abstract

Uno de los temas más debatidos en la comunidad científica del management es el asociado a cuál de las categorías –eficiencia o eficacia- utilizar para evaluar la gestión de las organizaciones; esta polémica tiene su génesis en la conceptualización y operacionalización de estas categorías hechas por representantes de diversas disciplinas de las ciencias. Esta investigación concluye que es el término “eficacia organizacional” el más indicado para evaluar la gestión organizacional y describe los distintos modelos que se han utilizado para evaluarla.
