Aplicaciones De La Derivada: Un Enfoque Para Estudiantes De Economía

Abstract

Uno de los grupos temáticos de la Matemática Superior que más se aplica a la Economía es, sin duda, la derivada. Es utilizada para determinar el producto marginal, elasticidad e importantes funciones económicas, y para desarrollar los procesos de optimización. Tanto el óptimo microeconómico del consumidor como del productor, representan un problema de optimización modelado mediante un proceso en derivadas parciales. Este documento ilustra algunas de las aplicaciones de la derivada de las funciones de una variable independiente, con énfasis en las aplicaciones económicas.
