Procedimiento Para El Cálculo De Los Costos De Calidad

Abstract

El cálculo de los costos de calidad representa una herramienta para la alta gerencia en las empresas, con el propósito fundamental de contribuir a la toma de decisiones acertadas. El presente trabajo titulado: “Procedimiento para el cálculo de los costos de calidad”. Los resultados obtenidos en el trabajo evidenciaron que el cálculo de los costos de calidad permitiría el mejoramiento de la gestión de la calidad, una reducción de los costos y una optimización de beneficios financieros y económicos.
