Técnicas Y Herramientas Para La Gestión De Riesgos Financieros En La Empresa

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analizan las técnicas existentes para la gestión de los riesgos financieros a los que se encuentran sometidas las empresas mediante la utilización de instrumentos financieros derivados y que ha dado origen a la denominada ingeniería financiera. Una vez analizados los diferentes instrumentos financieros derivados y el concepto de ingeniería financiera describiremos diferentes aplicaciones para la gestión del riesgo de tipos de interés, de tipos de cambio y de crédito. Por último concluiremos nuestro trabajo analizando la situación actual de la ingeniería financiera y sus perspectivas de futuro.
