Abstract

Los países han implantado diferentes programas con el fin de crecer, recuperar el crecimiento, salir de una crisis o superar problemas. Entre las estrategias que se derivan del objetivo anterior, destacan la definición de una política fiscal favorable y estable, así como una política monetaria sana. Sin embargo, a partir de la década de los noventas, los investigadores han determinado que esto requiere --además del involucramiento consciente de los países en la implantación de políticas orientadas al crecimiento--, que se encuentren acogidas en la base de instituciones
