Surgimiento Y Desarrollo De La Economía Como Ciencia

Abstract

El presente artículo es una propuesta para reflexionar sobre cuestiones de la historia de la ciencia; desde su formación y definición hasta su ramificación. Para ello es imprescindible conocer cómo se ha comportado históricamente la relación dialéctica entre el desarrollo de las fuerzas productivas, el conocimiento y el método. De igual manera se hace necesaria la definición de la ciencia y de la estrecha relación de ella con la práctica. Así como indagar en lo que se conoce como el proceso de desprendimiento o especialización de los saberes. De esta forma la ciencia queda dividida, formalmente, en dos esferas básicas: las ciencias naturales y las ciencias sociales. El proceso de división en estas últimas trajo como resultado el nacimiento de “ciencias independientes”: la filosofía, la psicología, el derecho, la sociología y la economía, entre otras. Precisamente de la economía, del momento histórico de su surgimiento, de sus primeros teóricos, del objeto de estudio y de los problemas inherentes a su método serán las reflexiones finales y más importantes de este trabajo.
