Abstract

El fondo de la actual crisis financiera, no es de liquidez, esa es su expresión, la raíz se encuentra en la pérdida o deterioro de la fiducia, la confianza. • Fiducia es un concepto de origen romano que va más allá de sus bases legales, implica valores más amplios, como la confianza, la buena fe e integridad. Es la base de todo nuestro sistema monetario, por la fiducia confiamos en que un papel (billete) vale lo que dice valer.
