Abstract

Un aspecto muy a tener en cuenta, desde el punto de vista de los derechos humanos, incluido el derecho al desarrollo, ante una globalización que se reduce casi exclusivamente a la mundialización de la economía de mercado consiste en que una de las principales causas del subdesarrollo reside en un comercio desorbitadamente injusto y desequilibrado entre los países desarrollados y los países en desarrollo. Los liberales de mercado dicen pretender reforzar la “competitividad” de los agentes intervinientes en el mercado sin tener en cuenta que se trata de una competitividad entre sujetos en condiciones muy desiguales, con lo cual se puede prever fácilmente de antemano quién tiene casi todas las probabilidades de ser el ganador en tamaña “competición” .
