El Porque De La Planeación Estratégica En Las Pyme

Abstract

Toda empresa tiene que darle importancia al proceso de definir a donde se quiere llegar a través del tiempo. Las estrategias representan las acciones que se llevarán a cabo para lograr los objetivos a largo plazo; el análisis y la selección de la estrategia implican sobre todo, tomar decisiones subjetivas con base en información objetiva, a menos que la empresa se este confrontando a una situación desesperada, las alternativas de estrategias representan pasos que hacen avanzar a la empresa a su posición deseada en el futuro. Es necesario aclarar que la planeación estratégica no es la solución a todos los problemas por los que atraviesa una empresa, sin embargo, es una útil herramienta que puede brindar múltiples beneficios si se utiliza en el momento y en la forma requerida. Cada compañía debe formular planes, se debe comprometer a cumplirlos y, después, lleva a cabo las acciones que tal cumplimiento implica (Kenneth, 1984).
