Abstract

La necesidad de adoptar nuevos enfoques en el tratamiento de los Recursos Humanos, producto a factores socioeconómicos condicionantes, ha llevado a la concepción de diferentes modelos para la aplicación práctica de sistemas de gestión de estos recursos. Su estudio es de gran utilidad como herramienta teórico-metodológica para el diseño y perfeccionamiento de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos en las Organizaciones.
