El Mapa De Bienestar Social(Mbs): Propuesta Metodológica Para Comparaciones Regionales. Una Aplicación A La Comunidades Autónomas Españolas

Abstract

En este artículo se propone una metodología para realizar comparaciones regionales de bienestar de forma racional y fácilmente interpretable desde un enfoque multidimensional; siendo lo novedoso de la propuesta la mixtura de conceptos y técnicas utilizadas en su construcción: percepción dual “Bienestar-Malestar”, eficiencia Paretiana, Indicadores Sintéticos y Análisis Cluster. Su resultado es el instrumento de valoración que denominamos como Mapa de Bienestar Social (MBS). Se presenta también una aplicación de la misma a las comunidades autónomas españolas en el período 1980-2000.
