Diferentes Enfoques Sobre La Investigación De Mercados Y Su Importancia En La Toma De Decisiones Empresariales

Abstract

A través del estudio de mercado se puede confirmar la oportunidad de la elección y tomar decisiones, y si es necesario introducir modificaciones teniendo en cuenta su tipo. También se puede conocer la dimensión del mercado y disponer de una primera estimación de su cifra de ventas que constituye un elemento clave para calcular las perspectivas de rentabilidad de la empresa. Es por ello que para el empresario, la investigación de mercado es un elemento fundamental en el nuevo negocio, pues le facilita la información clave para la planificación de aspectos técnicos y económicos de la empresa. Ante esta situación nos hemos trazado como objetivo plantear los diferentes enfoques sobre la investigación de mercados y su importancia para la toma de decisiones.
