Revisión Teorética sobre la diferenciación de productos en la práctica de las microempresas manufactureras

Abstract

Se presenta una aproximación conceptual y el planteamiento de la Línea de Generación y Aplicación del Conocimiento (LGAC), sobre un modelo de diferenciación de productos en el ramo de alimentos. Considerando de vital trascendencia la actividad de identificar, seleccionar y especificar las principales características (atributos), que deben ser predecidos y analizados en el proceso para la incorporación de estos elementos al producto antes de ser lanzado al mercado y, en otros casos durante el proceso de relanzamiento reduciendo con ello el riesgo de fracaso, como consecuencia principalmente de la mala percepción que el consumidor tenga del producto. Considerando en el modelo, los elementos cuantitativos y cualitativos que dan explicación al fenómeno en cuestión.
