Abstract

Vivem as empresas num dilema, lucro, ou prejuízo? Para se manterem no mercado precisam ser competentes e competitivas. Para alcançar seus objetivos é preciso primar pela qualidade total, ter visão estratégica e principalmente, usar as ferramentas certas.Dentro desse contexto, a gestão da tecnologia surge como horizonte. Gerir recursos e idéias novas (inovação) e dar aplicação útil ao negócio é condição para a eficiência administrativa; eficácia é não pestanejar frente a uma decisão a ser tomada, criar uma cultura de aprendizado, ser líder, ter visão e vontade de inovar.
