Abstract

El presente trabajo discute la relación entre derechos básicos (libertad y propiedad privada) como institución espontánea fundamental para definir un legítimo rol del estado en la sociedad libre. Las características y espontaneidad de los derechos básicos podrían presentar una alternativa al “anarco-capitalismo” resultando en un sistema de gobierno y estado que no genere conflictos en una perspectiva liberal clásica.
