El legado de Keynes

Abstract

La teoría General de Keynes es, sin duda, una obra obligada para economistas y de ciencias afines, toda vez que, para formular las políticas económicas deben tomarse en cuenta, el papel fundamental que tienen la política fiscal y monetaria en la determinación de la renta nacional. En este artículo se presenta una breve reseña de los aportes teóricos de Keynes, sin soslayar que, aunque la economía ya cambió, la influencia de sus estudios son referentes importantes en la elaboración de las políticas económicas que instrumentan los gobiernos para incidir en los ciclos económicos.
