Delphi y la expropiación

Abstract

El anuncio de cierre de la factoría de Delphi en Puerto Real (Cádiz) amenaza con agravar el desempleo y ha producido una contundente protesta, no sólo de origen laboral, sino también institucional. Los manifestantes pedían soluciones. Teniendo en cuenta el marco legal existente y la situación creada por el anuncio de la empresa, la solución al anuncio de cierre no sólo sería barata, sino formalmente fácil. Si el problema de Delphi (factoría de la Bahía de Cádiz) no llega a solucionarse será porque nuestros políticos son rehenes de intereses privados. La cuestión realmente importante es que se consiga, una vez nacionalizada, hacer rentable la empresa.
