Abstract

Este documento tiene por finalidad, determinar en base a un modelo de Teoría de Agencia, las variables que se deben tener en cuenta a la hora de determinar un salario óptimo para el personal de ventas de una empresa. Para la elaboración del documento, no se ha recibido apoyo económico alguno y no representa una posición ideológica de algún organismo nacional e internacional ni de la Universidad en la cual estudio. La presente investigación puede ser usada como base para futuras investigaciones siempre que se mencione la fuente de la misma.
