Abstract

Que el turismo evoluciona es un hecho que nadie puede negar. Ya se habla de Turismo 2.0 o de Turista 2.0. La verdad es que el significante es lo de menos, lo importante es el significado. Ahora es necesario mantener un diálogo constante con el cliente, con el visitante. Él lo pide así, y es bueno para la organización. Sin embargo, a pesar de esta general asunción de cambios, no se está produciendo una visibilización de los mismos y esto es muy evidente en las páginas Web de los hoteles o cadenas hoteleras. Páginas hay muchas, y algunas son realmente originales, dinámicas, llenas de información o visualmente atractivas, o todo a la vez, sin embargo el cliente no aparece por ningún lado. Es cierto que aparece información sobre disponibilidad de habitaciones, que se puede reservar o que se puede incluso escribir al hotel, pero no hay una configuración que permita el feedback idóneo que podría generar una página de este tipo.
