Abstract

Habla Luís María Huete en su libro Servicios & Beneficios, del concepto Ecuación de Valor por Esfuerzo como sustituto del de calidad en los servicios. Según Huete tres son las causas por las que aboga por esta sustitución: quitar a la calidad del servicio el halo elitista que la empequeñece, relativizar dicha calidad y “buscar más ámbitos en los que una gestión creativa puede desmarcarse de una competencia mediocre”. Obviando el posible acierto o error de estas justificaciones el concepto de Ecuación de Valor por Esfuerzo (EVE) resulta sin duda interesante.
