Cambio Climático II: la creación del Mercado de Carbono

Abstract

Una vez firmado el Protocolo de Kyoto y alcanzados los Acuerdos de Marrakech, tuvieron que pasar varios años para que los mismos pudieran ser ratificados por los distintos países. Recién con la ratificación del PK por parte de Rusia se pudo plasmar en hechos concretos –obligaciones de reducción de emisiones para los países industrializados- de los esfuerzos llevados a cabo por la ONU. A partir de allí se comenzó a gestar el Mercado de Carbono debido a las expectativas de necesidades de permisos de emisión de los países integrantes del Anexo I, organizándose los mismos por regiones y países.
