Estratégias da cidade e dos serviços públicos e suas relações com projeto Cidade Digital Estratégica: estudo em Toledo – Brasil

Abstract

As cidades, além de urbanas, também se configuram nas interações sociais e digitais. O objetivo é analisar as estratégias municipais e os serviços públicos no contexto do projeto Cidade Digital Estratégica. A metodologia da pesquisa enfatiza o estudo de caso na cidade de Toledo, Brasil. Os resultados auferidos evidenciam que as temáticas municipais se apresentam nos planos de gestão, mas as estratégias estão apenas no Plano de Metas 2017-2020. Foram identificadas 5 temáticas municipais, com um total de 308 estratégias: desenvolvimento social, com 106 (34,41%); desenvolvimento humano, com 77 (25%); desenvolvimento rural, urbano e meio ambiente, com 66 (21%); desenvolvimento econômico e gestão, com 26 (8,44%) e desenvolvimento institucional, com 33 (10,71%). A conclusão reitera que nem todas as estratégias estão contempladas nos serviços públicos digitais.
